I spoke at the E-metrics conference last week with Jim Bower from Whyville and we were amazed at how engagement as a measurement in virtual worlds isn't getting more attention from folks looking at analytics.Also in meeting with a school district librarian she stated how frustrated she was with educators needing to get more involved but not making time.
